OSHA Training Regulations for Private Sector Employers

OSHA training for private companies in the state of New York is regulated by the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The State of New York operates a state OSHA program (PESH) exclusively for State and local (e.g.: county, municipal or public schools or colleges) employers. In addition, the State of NY requires all workers on publicly funded construction sites to complete the OSHA 10 hour construction training course.
