OSHA Training Regulations and Standards

To insure they are providing the correct OSHA training for their workers, employers must first identify which agency’s standards apply to their workplace. Worker safety for private companies in Lincoln and the rest of Nebraska is regulated by the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
