The State of Michigan operates a State OSHA Program (MIOSHA), and therefore regulates most employee OSHA training in Cheboygan and the rest of MI. Jurisdiction

Michigan OSHA Information

The CSHD primarily conducts inspections to enforce occupational safety and health standards in the construction industry, and oversees licensing of asbestos abatement contractors and accreditation of asbestos workers.Â
