The 24-hour Online Certified Environmental Specialist course discusses the goals and importance of the Clean Air Act through its legislative history. Amendments have been implemented to these Acts, especially the 1990 Amendments which are addressed in this online course. The United States Congress first passed the Air Pollution Control Act of 1955, then the Clean Air Act in 1963, followed by amendments in 1966, the Clean Air Act Extension in 1970, and further amendments in 1977 and 1990.

Course Quizzes and Final Test

There is a short quiz at the end of each module, and each sectional quiz must be passed with a 70% to proceed forward to the next lesson. Multiple attempts to pass each quiz are allowed. There is also a final exam which must be completed with a 70% to receive your certificate of completion.

Proof of Course Completion

Upon successful completion of the online Certified Environmental Specialist course, participants will be able to print their personalized certificate of completion to prove they finished the course.
