OSHA Requirements and Training Resources for Columbia MO

Worker safety for private companies in Columbia MO is regulated by the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Missouri does not operate an approved state OSHA program for public employees at the state or local government (e.g.: municipal, county, or public schools) level. In addition, the State of Missouri requires all workers on most publicly funded construction sites to complete the OSHA 10 hour construction course.

OSHA Training Regulations and Standards
